Reclaim Your Destiny at Women Who P.U.S.H.! 2016

Philanthropist, speaker and author, CleRenda McGrady, founder of Women Who P.U.S.H.™!, is bringing together an empowering group of speakers to help elevate and educate today’s purpose-driven woman as she kicks off the 2nd Annual Women Who P.U.S.H! Empowerment Experience.

The one-day conference, themed “Reclaim Your Destiny,” will be held 8:30 a.m. – 4 p.m. on Oct. 28 at the Stafford Centre, 10505 Cash Road, Stafford, Texas 77477.  Attendees from Houston and surrounding areas will enjoy a full day of inspiration, self-discovery and empowerment activities.

Women Who P.U.S.H.: Reclaim Your Destiny is a one day empowerment experience that aims to inspire and inform women on how to live a life that is Purpose-led, Unstoppable, Success-bound and Hope-filled. Created by motivational speaker, CleRenda McGrady, Women Who P.U.S.H. is an innovative conference dedicated to elevating and educating today’s purpose-driven woman. “In creating this event I hope to ignite the hearts and minds of those who desire to live in pursuit of a bigger vision and version of themselves,” said CleRenda McGrady.

The event will feature a powerhouse panel of speakers including Grammy Award winner, Yolanda Adams; entrepreneur and author, Theresa Roemer; TV producer and activist, Jacquelyn Aluotto; and motivational speaker, Tomeka Holyfield. The program also includes body language expert, Jan Hargrave and comedian, Amanda Hebert. McGrady will lead a series of illuminating empowerment lessons and activities throughout the day

Sabby Wall: prepare to release your self-sabotaging behaviors we call “Sabbys” and move into your purpose.

Girlfriend Power Chat: Engage and participate in real, relevant and transparent dialogue with a dynamic and diverse panel of successful women who will share and impart their wisdom on a variety of topics!

Unique & Boutique Shopping: There’s nothing like a little shopping therapy to break up a day of discovery and challenge. From books to jewelry and lots of great gift ideas in between, you’ll enjoy our P.U.S.H. Shopping Plaza.

Luncheon Comedian: A merry heart does good like medicine! Comedian Amanda Hebert will lighten the day with her bright and humorous sharing.

In addition to workshops and discussions, Deejay Supastar will provide the soundtrack to the event’s festivities and attendees will enjoy Chef Rey’s premium line of cheesecakes and juices. Participants will also enjoy giveaways and a shopping boutique. The boutique will feature beauty products from Celebrity Makeup Artist Marc Harvey, local shops and more.

Debut of Inaugural P.U.S.H. Award

McGrady along with Cole Chemical will present the first P.U.S.H. Award. The P.U.S.H. Award is a $2500 grant designed to enable a woman who needs an extra monetary push to move forward with her dream. The award can be used to start a business, support a ministry, fund her education or minimize financial hardships. Current Ms. Texas, Lereca Monik, will present the award to this year’s recipient. In honor of Domestic Violence Awareness Month, Project P.U.S.H. has also partnered with the Fort Bend Women’s Center to provide a day of outreach and inspiration to women in transition.

The Fort Bend Women’s Center empowers survivors of domestic or sexual violence and their children to achieve safety, heal and begin a new independent and self-sufficient life, while also striving to prevent violence against women. Project P.U.S.H. will donate complimentary registration to women who are recovering from abuse. Registration is open to individuals and groups. Registration is $150 per person.
