Blackened Chicken Pasta Recipe
Chicken Breast Tenderloin
Wheat Pasta (Fettuccini, Linguini or Angel Hair)
Red Bell Pepper
Light Alfredo Sauce
Pan sear chicken breast tenderloin in olive oil and season with blackened seasoning.
Boil pasta 7-8 minutes or as directed on package.
Saute’ zucchini, mushrooms, onion and tomatoes for 4-5 minutes.
Add Alfredo Sauce.
Serve with chicken.
Cooking Tips: Use the sauce or not – it’s still a filling healthy meal.
Add shrimp and Andouille sausage for more flavor.
