That’s Right! One of these two teams could very likely make it to Super Bowl 50 in the San Francisco Bay Area (Levi’s Stadium, Santa Clara, CA) on February 7, 2016. Yet the Odds Makers out of Vegas have the Seattle Seahawks and Green Bay Packers as odds on co-favorites to win Super Bowl 50. Arguably the quarterback superstars in the form of Russell Wilson and Aaron Rogers are the main reasons why odds makers are placing their reputations up against all takers for Seattle or Green Bay to win it all.
But “How Bout Them TEXANS”?! We know defense wins games particularly in the playoffs; and the Houston Texans went 9 and 7 last season with a Doctor Jekyll and Mr. Hyde offense offset by the record setting play of future Pro Football Hall of Famer number 99 (J.J. Watts) and a top tier defense.
And, what about “Them COWBOYS”?! Tony Romo ended the 2014-15 NFL season with the highest quarterback rating (113.2). Plus the D-BOYS finished with an impressive 12 and 4 winning season, and atop the NFC-East. With a healthy Tony Romo this year and a halfway decent defense, the Cowboys have a solid shot at going all the way.
Who knows?! – We could have an “All Texas“ Super Bowl 50. Now wouldn’t that be Something?
