Houston, Texas, May 7, 2019 – After opening her Sceptre Jewelry brick and mortar location, designer, Stacey Porter is ready to share more of her love of art with the Houston community. On June 7, 7-10 pm and June, 8 from 5-8pm at The Heights Art Studio, she will debut her art, The Art of Stacey Porter, at A Night of Color with a Touch of Texture. Along with hors d’oeuvres and adult beverages, the art show will feature performances in the forms of ballet, violin, and more.

After traveling the world with her husband, MLB manager, coach, and former player, Bo Porter, and receiving many praises for her self-made jewelry, Porter founded her jewelry line. In March 2018, she opened a brick and mortar location in Missouri City, Texas where her travels and love of art are clearly displayed through pieces inspired by various landscapes, stones, textures, and colors.

A Night of Color with a Touch of Texture will be held on June 7, 7-10 pm and June, 8 from 5-8 pm at The Heights Art Studio, 214 E 27th St, Houston, Texas 77008. Admission for both nights can be found at https://www.eventbrite.com/e/stacey-porter-a-night-of-color-with-a-touch-of-texture-art-show-tickets-60404410217 using an exclusive code.
