Bringing Southern Cuisine to your table is easy with step-by-step recipes.
Cooking Instructions:
Season Catfish with garlic powder and blackened seasoning.
Place Catfish in a skillet with extra virgin olive oil, cook on both sides for 3 minutes.
Spray a pan with non-stick cooking spray and bake catfish uncovered for about 20 minutes at 400 degrees.
Add Shrimp to skillet with extra virgin olive oil.
Season shrimp with blackened seasoning and garlic powder.
Cook until Shrimp turns Pink
Sprinkle Hollandaise sauce over shrimp
Add milk to mixture and let thicken
Add heavy whipping cream to mixture, stir and let simmer
Add a little more blackened seasoning and garlic powder
Remove fish from oven and put on serving plate
Spoon Shrimp sauce over fish
Ingredients:
4-6 Catfish Fillets
Garlic Powder
Blackened Seasoning
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
30-35 Medium Peeled & Deveined Shrimp
½ Cup of Butter
1 Package of Hollandaise Sauce Mix
1 Cup of Milk
½ Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
